Instead of a traditional internal combustion engine, the Thermite EV2 is powered with the latest in high-capacity battery technology. Unlike these flammable fuel consuming engines, it does not require oxygen for power, enabling the firefighting robot to move farther into dangerous high-temperature oxygen deprived environments.
